Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Home Bancorp, Inc. will be held at the Petroleum Club of Lafayette located at 111 Heymann Boulevard, Lafayette, Louisiana, on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., Central Daylight Time. NOTE: Please enter through the main door near the circular drive.

At our Annual Meeting, shareholders will act upon the election of directors, a non-binding resolution to approve the compensation of our named executive officers, an advisory vote on the frequency of the non-binding resolution to approve the compensation of our named executive officers and ratification of our independent registered public accounting firm.

In addition, management will report on the performance of Home Bancorp, Inc. and respond to questions from shareholders.
